Chilton Randolph County Board Of Education 2234-B Enterprise St Asheboro, NC 27203 Subject: Notice of Deficiency Failure to Submit Electronic Discharge Monitoring Reports (eDMRs) Farmer Elementary School NPDES Permit NC0076287 Randolph County Dear Permittee: Per the terms of your NPDES permit, you were required to register for and begin using the Division of Water Resources'electronic Discharge Monitoring Report(eDMR) system by 10/29/2014. Our records indicate that as of the date of this letter, the subject facility has not submitted any data using the eDMR system. Failure to register and begin submitting reports electronically is a violation of the terms of your permit, subjecting you to a possible Notice of Violation and/or the assessment of civil penalties. In order to reduce the risk of receiving additional enforcement action,you must complete your registration within 30 days of receipt of this notice. The Division has prepared a website devoted to all aspects of eDMR, including registration for its use, obtaining an eDMR user account, and answers to frequently asked questions. You are encouraged to visit the website at: http://portal.ncdenr.org/web/wq/admin/bog/ipu/edmr.
