The portion of the shoreline that will not be disturbed consists of a natural beach area. Buffer: Buffer consists of a grassy yard, with 2 trees. Trees will NOT be impacted as they are not within the work zone; therefore, vegetation impact will be minimal grass only. 2) Temporary Access Impacts Homeowner requests one temporary access corridor. Viewing from the water, access will be on the left side of home, due to electrical conduit on the right side.
