Inspection Summary:
This facility is a drinking water filter back -wash system. The back -wash from the filter system is collected in an above
ground tank and then disposed of through a small spray irrigation system.
This system was de -classified by Raleigh and no lomger requires operation by a certified operator..
At present, (GAC) granulated activated charcoal filters are being added between the filtered water and the finished product.
This is being done to remove some of the new emerging compounds of concern.
