As the applicant has submitted draft additional information to the Division on 2/13/2023 in response to
your attached letter dated 2/6/2023, and as we discussed this information with the Division in a virtual
meeting on 2/24/2023, and as you and I discussed it further on a follow up phone call on 3/3/2023,
the applicant would like to request an extension of the 30-day written response condition to allow
them to update the draft response to adequately address the Division's questions. They would like to
request an extension until 3/24/2023 to submit their formal response to the 2/6/2023 letter. We hope
to be able to provide you the information prior to that date. Please confirm that this extension to
submit the formal response is acceptable to the Division. We just want to make sure that we are
responding appropriately and timely to meet the Division's procedures and expectations.
