Certification Statement: I Andrew Delonno certify to the best of my knowledge that the addition of the volume of wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the receiving wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best available data. This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and 11 plus all attached planning assessment addendums for which I am the responsible party. The wastewater generated by this residential area was calculated using a daily flow of 80 gal/day per bedroom based on the Residential Flow Reduction Approval letter dated 1ebruary 3rd, 2022 for the Spring Hope Collection System (WQCS00206). There are 3 bedrooms per lot bringing the daily flow for the project to be 2,400 GPD. It will consist of 100% residential flow. The sewer system will be constructed of approximately 495 LF of 8-inch SDR-35 PVC gravity sewer line including three new manholes. The wastewater treatment plant facility that will be handling this flow is the Spring Hope WWTF (Permit€ NC 0020061). The permitted flow for the WWTF is 0.4 MGD and after the allocation of the Walnut Cove -- Phase 2 Subdivision's flow the WWTF will operate at 33.6% of its total capacity. 86 sal7-- 0 s {}w o.. 1 AVAC 50 - { ,i - // _ a BOW6' - 581 50 4' . 83 ` Phase 2 Ail `- SITE sTyfPo , y - E HASH ST I Oakdale Cem L% 82 ring Hope - _ 1A0'S7 _ J F • 4 t s I k I 0 7 .1j 8 - 3ti set I - - -R£AM$ RDA 64 - _ N' J. 64 80 ■ \k | ~- , •® / ] r { 2 m 0 cm d § / ,\tom G © kk m 0 4V $ clo. a !
