All,

We have scheduled an agency meeting for July 18, 2012 to provide an update on the Monroe project. A draft agenda for
the meeting is attached. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an update on the project’s status, review issues raised

in the legal proceedings, and discuss next steps.

Because there have been a lot of questions and confusion regarding the indirect and cumulative effects analysis, we plan

to have a fairly detailed presentation about that topic.
