A. Property Ownership Documentation:
1. Per 15A NCAC 02T .1004(d), permits shall only be issued to the property owner, or to a
separate entity that has a written notarized lease agreement with the property owner. Review
of the Richmond County GIS (http://gist.richmondnc.com/flex/RichmondParcel/) shows that
the subject property is not identified as having an owner. Provide one of the following:
a. Legal documentation of ownership (i.e., contract, deed or article of incorporation).
b. Written notarized intent to purchase agreement signed by both parties, accompanied
by a plat or survey map.
c. Written notarized lease agreement signed by both parties, specifically indicating the
intended use of property, as well as a plat or survey map. Lease agreements shall
adhere to the requirements of 15A NCAC 02L '0107.
