Hi Alan,
We accounted for the systems as impacts to a 401 wetland only, and proposed 1:1 mitigation for them.
This breakout can be found at the following locations:
In the cover letter, page 4, Table 2
Site 7 description on page 5
Page 23, avoidance and minimization discussion.

The sites are displayed on the drawings as “Site 7” Sheet 34 and 35 of 267.
And on the impact summary table as “Site 7” on Sheet 261 of 267.

Question, how did you handle those two wetlands that were under question whether they were isolated? Did you pull
those out (identify) separately in the application? The last bit of discussion(s), it seemed to still be up in the air. But
considering you are submitting I assume that it was squared away with the Corps.
