I have walked through the impacts a couple of times. At site 1, sheet 7, they show SW outfalls in the stream/with pad. I
assume it was missed somewhere in the process. It is the only site where the SW is sent into the stream. Maybe that
can be pulled back?

Site 18, Sheet 25. South side of road across from W032. Is that just the bank of the stream that is rip rap? (difficult to
tell even with my reading glasses AND magnifying glass!) If in the stream was that included in impacts? The stream then
it follows the ditch line (detail f) to S052B? I believe that is correct. Just double checking.

Site 51, Sheet 60. Stream X145. Similar question about riprap in stream on the north side of road

With the above, and clarification regarding the rip rap apron and pad (from the SW sheets) everything looks as I
remember.

I don’t expect much more, but just in case, I rather get smaller bit to you rather than a long list.
