NCG550573 I11 12I 23/02/07 117 18 i c i Section D: Summary of Finding/Comments (Attach additional sheets of narrative and checklists as necessary) On February 7th, 2023, Tricia Lowery met with Kenneth Bowman to perform Single Family Residence (SFR) Compliance Evaluation Inspection at 1315 N. Pine Run Rd, Boone NC (Permit #NCG550573). The system consists of: 1) septic tank, 2) chlorine contact chamber, and 3) effluent outfall pipe. Occupancy of SFR: 2 people. Due to size of household, it is a low water usage condition. The septic tank is the primary treatment with no discharge to effluent pipe. The septic tank is maintained every 3 years. The only area of concern was improper chlorine tablets being used in system. Overall, the system is well maintained. The attached EPA inspection form detail the areas that were evaluated with their respective comments. Inspector emailed information concerning proper tablets to use for system and inserted links of various places to purchase proper tablets. No flow coming from effluent pipe, however if a discharge were to occur, the effluent would properly be aerated before enterina stream as effluent would casade down rock sloDe.
