At site 1, sheet 7, they show SW outfalls in the stream/with pad. I assume it was missed somewhere in the process. It is the only site where the SW is sent into the stream. Maybe that can be pulled back? I want to make sure I’m looking at the right place: Sheet 7, Site 1, (also Permit Drawing Sheet 4 of 267) will have rip rap outfalls going into the future stream – the relocated portion of S014d. Site 1 also continues to PERMIT DRAWING Sheet 7 of 267. If this is the site you are referring to, with the two 84” RCP’- there is a 15” pipe that discharges into the rip-rap apron. Also, the riprap apron is counted as permanent impact - bank stabilization because the riprap is placed on the banks to and below mean high water. However, the channel cannot be filled with rip rap. Site 18, Sheet 25. South side of road across from W032. Is that just the bank of the stream that is rip rap? (difficult to tell even with my reading glasses AND magnifying glass!) If in the stream was that included in impacts? The stream then it follows the ditch line (detail f) to S052B? I believe that is correct. Just double checking. Your statement is correct. We counted it as bank stabilization, and it is included in the impacts. Site 51, Sheet 60. Stream X145. Similar question about riprap in stream on the north side of road Same here. We counted it as bank stabilization, and it is included in the impacts. With the above, and clarification regarding the rip rap apron and pad (from the SW sheets) everything looks as I remember. I don’t expect much more, but just in case, I rather get smaller bit to you rather than a long list. I’m here, ask away! I’ll be a little faster next time. I really wanted some clarification on the apron and wanted to ensure everything was accounted for correctly. Thanks Alan 1 Email correspondence to and from this sender is subject to the N.C.
