Description of Collection System or Treatment Process:
MCOLF Atlantic: 1,825,000 gallons per year (over a 12 month consecutive period) wastewater
treatment and spray irrigation with a 67.0 inch per year (over a 12 month period) loading application
limit for fields 1 and 2 and 74.81 on field 3.
II. Performance
Text Summary of System Performance for Calendar Year (CY) 2022:
MCOLF Atlantic operated within permit conditions throughout CY 2022. The facility treated a total
measured influent of 534,830 gallons and applied a total of 2,115,950 gallons to surface application
through spray irrigation at a 12 month loading total of 53.28 inches on field 1 and 38.80 inches on
field.2 and 35.29 inches on field 3.
The facility was last evaluated for compliance on August 18, 2017 and found to be compliant.
List (by month) any violations permit conditions or other environmental regulations. Monthly lists
should include discussion of any environmental impacts and corrective measures taken to address
violations.
No violations of the permit were reported or received during CY 2022.
III. Notification
The following "News Brief' is scheduled to be announced to the MCAS Cherry Point community no
later than March 1, 2023.
Wastewater Report
The North Carolina Clean Water Act of 1999 requires owners of a wastewater treatment works to
make a System Annual Performance Report available to their customers upon request.

An annual performance report for calendar year 2022 has been prepared and maybe obtained free
of charge by contacting Richard Weaver of the MCAS Cherry Point Environmental Affairs
Department at 466-5917.
IV. Certification
I certify under penalty of law that this report is complete and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
I further certify that this report will be made available to the users or customers of the named system
and that those users will be notified of its availability no later than March 1, 2023.
