Subject: Monroe Connector public notice
We just found out this morning that some standard language in the Corps’ public notice was mistakenly omitted. This
omitted language was pertinent in that it qualified the public notice as a joint public notice for the Corps and
DWQ. Therefore, DWQ will have to issue a separate public notice. We anticipate the public notice being published by
Wednesday, Nov. 10 with a 15 day comment period (the shortest period allowed by our regulations). Depending on the
comments received, we still anticipate being able to issue the 401 by Dec. 1. Please contact me if you have additional
