The corp stated the application was incomplete, but when issued would be for 30 days…probably. DOT didn't provide
the adjacent property owners names and addresses so the corps can’t get the public notice out till they provide the
addresses.

Regarding the two isolated wetlands, the corp will be submitting the isolated wetland paperwork to epa shortly. They
get three weeks to review it but they shouldn't be issuing a new jd or anything.

Question, how did you handle those two wetlands that were under question whether they were isolated? Did you pull
those out (identify) separately in the application? The last bit of discussion(s), it seemed to still be up in the air. But
considering you are submitting I assume that it was squared away with the Corps.
