No. I had asked Crystal if the Corps would want to hold a joint hearing and her response was that they would determine
if they needed a hearing based on comments received during the public notice process. I haven't heard anything since
then.

VVehave made reservations for January 6 thatthe AgCenter inUnion County. I'm inthe process offinalizing the venue
today with Ron Cox at the Ag Center. He didn't seem to think there would be any issues with that day.
Every venue we tried during the times our hearing officer was available in December were booked for various holiday
parties.
The hearing will start at6pm. I'll send afollow-up email once | have everything finalized.

Jennifer, I just wanted to give you an update.
I'm having issues getting a venue. The Ag Center and the South Piedmont Community College are booked for the week
we can do the hearing in December.
I've left messages last week with the Next Level Church, Matthews Community Center and Wingate. I tried calling all
three again today, with no answer.
I have the notice for the paper ready to go minus the venue. So once I get the venue nailed down, the notice will go in
the paper.
