Good afternoon, I just spoke with the Captain for Union county, that I've been working with. He informed me that if this
is Monroe Bypass related they would ask one of the officers to volunteer. He stated their continued gratitude for access
to the properties while the project was on hold for training their exercises. He did however state that there is a
communications director that handles requests to pay an off duty officer for various events, if this is not a Monroe
Bypass related request. I let him know I would inquire further and let him know. Please advise.

Do you have the name of the contact with the Sheriff's Department who we worked with to get security at the Monroe
Connector Public Hearings last December? NCDENR — Division of Water Resources is having a public hearing on the
project next month and would like to arrange to have a deputy present just in case the crowd is larger than anticipated.
