I was unable to open past Sheet 5, howevE,, there was encagh information on the first few sheets. Below I have listed my main concerns: The approved Stormwater plans for Permit No. SW8 190601 show that the proposed Outparcel #1 area does not include Stormwater Pond #2. Based on this information and our discussion on the phone, there are three ways this can be approached: a. The pond remains outside of the Outparcel #1 area as permitted. b. If the entire area is to be sold with the wet pond and the pond will be maintained by the new owners of Outparcel #1, two applicaticlas must be submitted at the same time. The first application would be a complete new permit application for the tract that is currently Outparcel #1. This application must include a BUA allocation for the portion of the offsite road draining to the pond. The second application would be a modification to SW8 190601 to remove the Outparcel #1 tract from the permit as well as to document the portion of the road draining to the offsite system. c. If the entire area is to be sold, but the permittee of SW8 190601 will be responsible for maintenance of the pond in perpetuity, recorded documentation/agreement outlining that responsibility must be submitted. An application to modify SW8 190601 must also be submitted to document this change. 2. The plans you sent do not show the proposed development for Outparcel #1 that was originally approved. During our phone call, you indicated that Outparcel #1 may be developed into a fast food restaurant. The approved plans, however, show a three unit retail building with associated parking. If this is no longer the case, a modification must be made to the permit. 3. In comparing the approved plans to the plans you provided, I noticed several other small layout modifications were proposed/made without applying for a modification or receiving approval. Please note, per Permit :.ondition #8, any change to the approved plans requires a modification to be submitted and approved prior to is construction. Since this project iias recently changed consultants, I would recommend scheduling a file review to come in and review the approved ;Mans and other documents. I have also attached a PDF copy of the unsigned permit to this email for your convenience. I hope this thoroughly answers your questions and helps provide a clear path forward. Please let me know, however, if you have any additional questions or concerns. Attached is the current set of plans for this development. As we discussed on the phone the pond in question is on the outlot at the corner of Smith Ave/Main Street. The portion of the roadway draining to that pond. We were told we need to revise the permit and this area needed to be shown as draining to "an offsite permitted stormwater pond". Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you, Brandy Zackery, P.E. Project Manager Arnold Consulting Engineering Services, Inc. P.O.
