My guess is a lot of those trying to stop it will be there. Since it is only one night I'd estimate anywhere from 150 to 200
people with a majority being those opposed to the project. I would not expect anything new to be brought up. NCDOT
has already addressed most of their concerns in the combined Final Supplemental Final EIS / Record of Decision.
