Good Morning Amy! I have a couple of additional items I'd like you to take a look at in preparation of the January 6th
Public Hearing for the Monroe Connector/Bypass.
1) Revised handout — We received a comment late last week from NCDOT requesting that we remove the
protected species table. We have also removed the NCDOT logo from the header.
2) Hearing Map — We have updated the display map per your previous comments and have attached a revised
section. You will notice on this sample we have prepared a draft title block for the maps. Is this information OK
to show on the maps? Please let me know if you have any changes you would like to the map title block.
I am hoping to have all these materials completed by Dec 19th and will provide you with final electronic copies at that
time. In the meantime, if you have any revisions, questions or need for additional materials, please let me know.
