Thanks for the link Jennifer.
This map is going to be too busy for a public hearing for the general public. I think it’s perfect for permitting, but just for
an information item on the wall, the public just needs to see where the road is going. Also please keep the streams and
wetlands layer since DWR is charged with protecting the wetlands and streams.
If they want that detailed of a map, they can go to the laserfiche link and look at the entire permit.
Can you have some of the layers removed to make this easier for the general public to read? I greatly appreciate it.

Jennifer, attached for review is a small section of the overall hearing maps we are preparing for the Monroe Permits
Hearing. This map will be approximately 36 inches high and just over 16 feet long at a scale of 1"=600'. For
reference, it will be the same size as the overview map we prepared for our design hearing.

In the attached, we still need to shade in the actual roadway but I would like some guidance as to whether the level
of detail we are presenting is OK with DWR. What we are currently showing are the delineated wetlands and
streams, roadway designs and r/w lines from the D-B teams current design files, and project survey information. I
know we had originally discussed just showing the centerlines and r/w lines but when we do that, you really don't
get a feel for the amount or location of possible jurisdictional impacts. We can turn additonal information off if
requested.
