We are in receipt of the NOV-2020-DV 0244, Incident #202100370 dated 1-31-2021. The day of the spill we had
recorded 1.1" of rainfall and had experienced over 3.5" of rainfall during the last 6 days. We consider this to be a
severe natural condition and do not think a penalty should be assessed. We know we have a t/t problem which we
are trying to correct and have budgeted funds in the 2021-2022 budget.
