PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Robert serves as manager of the natural resources group in Terracon's Raleigh, NC office and has
over 20 years of professional experience with natural resource investigations, jurisdictional
delineations and assessments, T&E surveys, permitting, and mitigation monitoring. As a consultant,
Robert has had extensive experience with a wide variety of projects including wetland and stream
delineations, federal and state permit applications, and threatened and endangered species habitat
assessments and surveys. He serves as a lead project manager on a diverse portfolio of projects
originating from multiple business sectors.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE
• Jurisdictional delineation, protected species assessments, federal and state agency coordination
and permitting, proposed 1,000,000 sq.ft. warehouse, Johnston County, NC
• Jurisdictional delineation, protected species assessments, federal and state agency coordination,
proposed multi -warehouse site, Wake County, NC
• Fiber optic cable project environmental surveys, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio.
Field manager for wetland and stream delineations, protected species habitat assessments, and
permit support for fiber optic cable projects routed along more than 800 miles through portions of
four states.
• Pipeline environmental surveys, North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia. Wetland and stream
delineations and assisted with protected species habitat assessments for the Atlantic Coast
Pipeline routed along more than 600 miles through portions of three states.
• Town of Selma Regional Pump Station and Forcemain. Wetland and stream delineations, agency
coordination, and Clean Water Act permitting for sewerline and associated infrastructure in Selma,
NC.
• Jurisdictional delineation, protected species assessments, federal and state agency coordination
and permitting, Over 50 NCDOT Division 3 road improvements and bridge replacements,
Brunswick, Duplin, New Hanover, Onslow, Pender, and Sampson Counties, NC
