On April 9, 2013 a site review was conducted at the subject mitigation site. As stated in your letter
dated May 1, 2013, we concur with closing the project out. No further monitoring or maintenance of the sight is
warranted, Of the 459 linear feet originally proposed, 379 If will be available for credit. The remaining 80 If
may become available if deemed successful by the Division of Water Quality and other agencies.
