Because of this dilution, the surrogate spike and matrix spike concentration in the sample was reduced to a level where the recovery calculation does not provide useful information. Method 351.2: The instrument blank for analytical batch 680-760690 contained nitrogen, Kjeldahl greater than the method detection limit (MDL), and were not reanalyzed because result was <RL/PQL. Method 353.2: The instrument blank for analytical batch 680-760027 contained Nitrate Nitrite as N greater than the method detection limit (MDL), and were not reanalyzed because less than the reporting level. Method 353.2: The following sample contained residual chlorine upon receipt: Effluent-3714 Esther Dr. (752-1046-1). Method 365.4: The native sample, matrix spike, and matrix spike duplicate (MS/MSD) associated with preparation batch 680-760182 and analytical batch 680-760691 were performed at the same dilution. Due to the additional level of analyte present in the spiked samples, the concentration of P in the MS/MSD was above the instrument calibration range. The data have been reported and qualified.
