The sample was received on 1/11/2023 3:00 PM. Unless otherwise noted below, the sample arrived in good condition, and where
required, properly preserved and on ice. The temperature of the cooler at receipt was 1.80 C.
General Chemistry
Method SM 5210B: The residual D.O. in sample Effluent-3714 Esther Dr. (752-1046-1) was < 1.0 mg/L in all dilutions tested; they were
over depleted. Results were reported, but they may be biased low.
Method 350.1: The matrix spike / matrix spike duplicate (MS/MSD) recoveries for line 34 and 35 were outside control limits for one or more
analytes, see QC Sample Results for detail. Sample matrix interference and/or non -homogeneity are suspected because the associated
laboratory control sample (LCS) recovery is within acceptance limits.
Method 351.2: The following samples were diluted due to the nature of the sample matrix: (660-126400-D-1-B MS) and
(660-126400-D-1-C MSD). Because of this dilution, the surrogate spike and matrix spike concentration in the sample was reduced to a
level where the recovery calculation does not provide useful information.
Method 351.2: The instrument blank for analytical batch 680-760690 contained nitrogen, Kjeldahl greater than the method detection limit
(MDL), and were not reanalyzed because result was <RL/PQL. The data have been qualified and reported.
Method 353.2: The matrix spike / matrix spike duplicate (MS/MSD) recoveries for analytical batch 680-760027 were outside control limits
for one or more analytes, see QC Sample Results for detail. Sample matrix interference and/or non -homogeneity are suspected because
the associated laboratory control sample (LCS) recovery is within acceptance limits.
Method 353.2: The instrument blank for analytical batch 680-760027 contained Nitrate Nitrite as N greater than the method detection limit
(MDL), and were not reanalyzed because less than the reporting level.
Method 353.2: The following sample contained residual chlorine upon receipt: Effluent-3714 Esther Dr. (752-1046-1).
Method 365.4: The native sample, matrix spike, and matrix spike duplicate (MS/MSD) associated with preparation batch 680-760182 and
analytical batch 680-760691 were performed at the same dilution. Due to the additional level of analyte present in the spiked samples,
the concentration of P in the MS/MSD was above the instrument calibration range. The data have been reported and qualified.
Method 365.4: The matrix spike / matrix spike duplicate (MS/MSD) recoveries and precision for preparation batch 680-760182 and
analytical batch 680-760691 were outside control limits. Sample matrix interference and/or non -homogeneity are suspected because the
associated laboratory control sample / laboratory sample control duplicate (LCS/LCSD) precision was within acceptance limits.
Method 365.4: The initial calibration curve analyzed in batch 680-760972 was outside standard readback acceptance criteria of 10% for
Phosphorus for 0.20 mg/I and 0.50 mg/I. Correlation coefficient was passing so ICAL accepted.
No additional analytical or quality issues were noted, other than those described above or in the Definitions/Glossary page.
