Thank you for your guidance over the phone today. Per our conversation, allow this email to serve as a notification that
we will need to move into Tier 3 for Copper at Outfall 001. We have had 4 instances since 2019 (start of permit cycle)
that were above the benchmark of 0.010 mg/L. We will, therefore, continue to improve site conditions and stormwater
controls at the site. Please let me know what other questions you have.
