In response to your Compliance Evaluation Inspection letter dated February 17, 2023, 1 would like to
offer updates/corrections to the inspection letter.
Item Number 3, 2"d bullet — The Cedarwood Cemetery Outfall line is all of these lines that parallels the
creek/swamp and does include the section of line that crossed over the small creek.
Item Number 4, 3`d bullet— Highway 148 Lift Station is really identified as Highway 1S8 Lift Station and
paragraph below item number 4, 3`d bullet, Coastal Lumber Lift Station is still in operation. The lumber
mill that the lift station serves in not presently operating daily.
The audible alarms at all three (3) lift stations, Turner Street, Hwy 301 and Hwy 158 have been replaced
with new audible alarms. The hour meter at the Turner Street lift station has been replaced and the
phone company has repaired the phone line at the Hwy 301 lift station and the auto dialer is working
again properly.
