I have reviewed the information sent to me about The Cottages at Byron Forest project,
which proposes to fill 0.022 acre of wetland for a residential development in Henderson
County.
The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for this
project. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
