Brooke/Andrew, I have attached a revised impact map, SHPO concurrence letter, and FWS concurrence email. Below are responses to the questions. 1. I have highlighted an existing BellSouth easement along Banner Farm Road on the attached revised impact map. Bobbie Memorial Drive cannot impact this easement. There is a steep slope along the South side of Bobbie Memorial Drive — see the attached two photographs and slope analysis map. Bedrock would be encountered if the road was shifted any further South. 2. I have highlighted the 100-year floodplain limits in red on the revised impact map. We will need to use an NWP 18. Fill within the wetlands will not exceed 25 cubic yards. 3. See attachment two above. 4. This is a low -density small subdivision with lots ranging in size from 0.50 acre to 1.23 acres. The only trees that are being cut (currently, if not already complete by hand) are those necessary for the one street and areas for home sites. Larger areas within the overall tract have been cleared in the recent past for various historic usages. Please let me know if either of you need anything else to continue your reviews. Why can't the access road be shifted away from impacting the onsite wetlands? 2. Regional Condition 8 states that NWP 29 cannot be authorized for fills of waters within the 100 year floodplain. I am confused on exactly which lines on the figures represent the 100-year floodplain. Can you please clarify? 3. The cover letter states you have a letter from the SHPO. Can you please provide me with that documentation, it was not included in the submittal? 4. How many trees (acreage) will be cut for the project? Do any of those trees provide habitat to support listed species of bats? Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
