I am sending this correspondence in reference to the Town ol'Jackson experiencing inflow exceeding its'
permitted limits into its' sanitary sewer system on the following dates: (with amounts). February 1 I"'
through the 13"'-(392,500 gallons) (averaged out for each day), and on the Wh (325,500 gallons). This was
in response to LY rainfall over the weekend pet iod. Todayfi' freeboard is 37' at the Towns' W W"rp
Storage lagoon.
The Town has been addressing 1 & I issues in our system and will continue to do so. 'rile Town of
Jacksons' permit numbers are: WQCS00301 and WQ0000948.
