Mooresville Regional Office staff reviewed the June 2013 Discharge Monitoring Report and associated
information along with your compliance history. Based upon the review no further action is being taken
against Aqua North Carolina, Inc. at this time. Be advised that should noncompliance continue,
enforcement action, including the assessment of civil penalties, could be taken by the Division of Water
Resources in accordance with G.S. 143-215.6A(a)(2).
