I've had a chance to look at your application, and I just need some tweaks on what the surveyor has already put together
so that I have an actual site plan for your project. The information I need is as follows:
• Show the two zones of the riparian buffer on the site plan as measured from the top of the streambank. Zone 1
is measured 30 feet from the top of the stream bank, and Zone 2 is measured from 30 feet to 50 feet. These
riparian buffers parallel the stream pattern.
• Site plan must depict the footprint of the proposed permanent impacts within Zone 2.
• The square footage of the impacts in Zone 2 must be identified on the site plan.
