Hope Woolard is now the Public Works Director, Lonnie Woolard is now the Water Resources Superintendent and Palki Desai is now the Treatment Plant Operations Supervisor. A copy of the Program Info Database is enclosed with the necessary corrections. Data Summary Forms Calculations were performed using '/2 BDL. Industries AAF Flanders (IUP #0003 Filtration Systems) AAF Flanders received a NOV in August for a Cyanide limit violation. They also received a NOV for reporting violation for the month of July. They failed to pick up a sample for the month of July. They collected two sets of samples in August to compensate the missing sample for July. This did not place the SIU in any SNC. AAF Flanders updated their Slug/Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plan on October 4, 2022 to revise the contact information for Flanders due to change in personnel. The City of Washington's Water Resources Division is enforcing the City's Grease Trap Policy through regular monitoring, inspections, and education. The City of Washington provides solid waste services, which include garbage,tree trunks and branches, yard waste, bulky trash items and recycling of newspapers, plastics, cardboard,paper, aluminum, steel cans, and glass.
