On May 18, 2022, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application dated requesting
a Buffer Authorization from the Division for the subject project. As of today, the Division has not
received a complete response to this request.

On July 18 and August 31, 2022, the Division requested an impact map and a mitigation statement of
availability letter for the proposed project required as part of the application submittal. 15A NCAC
02B .0611(b)(1)(F).

Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02B .0611 (3), the Division has not received all of the requested
information necessary to make a decision and is unable to approve or deny your application. For the
reasons listed above, your application is hereby returned. Once you have addressed the problems
and/or inadequacies with your application as it was submitted, you will need to reapply to the Division
for approval including a complete application package.

Please be aware that you have no authorization under Title 15A NCAC 02B .611 for this activity and any
work done within the protected riparian buffer may be a violation of North Carolina Administrative
Code.
