Thanks for speaking with me this morning. Attached are two overdue annual permit fee invoices we discussed.
Please check your records and determine if the invoices were paid. If the invoices have been paid, please forward
documentation of payment to my email address below.
If the invoices have not been paid, please remit payment as soon as possible and notify me when a check has been
cut. There are no late fees associated with the subject invoices. The next annual fee will be sent out in June 2014.
