The civil penalty assessed against Western Justice Academy WIVTP on March 16, 2012, by
the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources; Division of Water Quality,
NPDES Section has now been referred to my office for collections. The penalty became due and
i owing on April 18, 2012, in the current amount of Two Hundred Thirty Seven Dollars ($237.00),
which includes investigative costs of $137.00. As ofthe date of this lett!r, no payment has been
received.
In order to resolve this matter, the penalty must be paid. Payment should be made by check or
money order made payable to the North Carolina Department of Enviraunent and Natural Resources
or "NCDENR ' and sent to my attention at the address below. Failure tc submit full payment of the
penalty within thirty (30) days of receipt of this letter will result in inters st being charged from the date
the penalty became due and owing, and may result in the matter being referred to the North Carolina
Attorney General's Office for further action.
