That is, each discharge may be required to meet the same concentration limits for total nitrogen based on permitted flow. (It should be noted, however, that it is unlikely that concentration limits as low as those given to the larger discharges would be required of the smaller facilities.) As a result of the uncertainty regarding the potential for limits in future permits, I realize that this is a complicated situation and would be happy to meet with you and representatives of the Maury Sanitary District if you would like. Given the tight time frames associated with your potential ftmding, I will make every effort to schedule such a meeting as soon as you request one.
