It is our recommendation that the facility conduct monthly effluent monitoring for the following constituents: copper, cyanide, silver, and zinc. The permit requirement for quarterly acute toxicity testing, fathead minnow 24 hour -no significant mortality, should be continued. Pa ker M Environmental Specialist SUBJECT: Modification of NPDES Permit No. NCO021733 Town of Marshall Madison County The Town of Marshall's new wastewater treatment facility is now on line and operating. The facility has been classified as a Class III facility (rating sheet is attached). It is requested that the Permit be reopened and modified to include the following items: 1. The monitoring requirements should be changed to reflect the requirements of a Class III facility. 2. The Town is in the process of developing a Pretreatment Program which should be completed by the time the permit is modified.
