In an effort to stop the attack IT systems shut everything down. We were reduced to pen and paper and unable to accsess emails for approximatly 12 days. Some employees have since got back our city emails but have lost everything that was stored on the system. We still have some critical employees that need to deal directly with this draft permit that have no computer access or email. We would like to have time to review the draft permit and what will change here at the city with each respective department. In closing we would like to ask for a 3 week extension to work past our problems and concentrate on this permit. We hope that this letter and request will be seen favorable.
