GENERAL NOTES:
1. TOPOGRAPHY AND IMAGERY GENERATED DURING SEPTEMBER 2022 AERIAL SURVEY.
2. EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PRACTICES MUST BE INSTALLED, INSPECTED AND MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL REGULATIONS.
3. ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE CLEANED REGULARLY AND MAINTAINED TO BE FREE OF FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANT LEAKS.
4. FUELING SHALL BE PERFORMED AT LEAST 100 FEET FROM FLOWING WATER.
5. EQUIPMENT SHALL OPERATE FROM THE TOP OF BANK AS MUCH AS PRACTICAL AND SHALL TAKE PRECAUTIONS TO LIMIT DOWNSTREAM SEDIMENT MIGRATION.
6. BASE FLOW SHALL DIVERTED AROUND IN -STREAM WORK AREAS USING A PUMP -AROUND SYSTEM. WORK SHALL BE SCHEDULED DURING PERIODS OF LOW FLOW.
7. WORK SHALL BE STAGED SUCH THAT NO MORE STREAM BANK IS DISTURBED THAN CAN BE STABILIZED WITH SEED, MULCH AND MATTING AT THE END OF EACH WORKDAY.
8. DISTURBED UPLAND AREAS MUST BE STABILIZED WITH SEED AND MULCH WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REACHING FINAL GRADES.
9. SILT FENCE SHALL BE INSTALLED ON THE STREAM SIDE OF ANY STOCKPILES.
10. PLANT MATERIALS SHALL BE INSTALLED DURING THE DORMANT SEASON, GENERALLY DECEMBER THROUGH MARCH.
CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER INSPECTIONS:
1. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING DAILY RECORDS OF RAINFALL EVENTS IN AN ON -SITE PERMIT BOX.
2. EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PRACTICES MUST BE INSPECTED AT LEAST ONCE PER 7 CALENDAR DAYS AND WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ALL RAIN EVENTS MORE THAN 0.5-INCH/24 HOUR PERIOD.
3. NECESSARY MAINTENANCE OR REPAIRS MUST BE COMPLETED IMMEDIATELY UPON IDENTIFICATION OF THE PROBLEM.

SUCTION AND DISCHARGE HOSES. RUN THE DIVERSION PUMP AND INSPECT WORK AREA

AND ANY LOOSE SOIL FROM WITHIN THE WORK AREA.
6. REMOVE DEWATERING PUMP (IF USED).
7. PUMP -AROUND SHALL BE DISMANTLED AND DISTURBED AREAS PROTECTED WITH HDPE
SHEETING OR EROSION CONTROL MATTING IN ADVANCE OF ANY RAIN EVENT THAT WOULD
CAUSE STREAM FLOW TO EXCEED THE FLOW CAPACITY OF THE SYSTEM.
