WORK SHALL BE STAGED SUCH THAT NO MORE STREAM BANK IS DISTURBED THAN CAN BE STABILIZED WITH SEED, MULCH AND MATTING AT THE END OF EACH WORKDAY. 8. DISTURBED UPLAND AREAS MUST BE STABILIZED WITH SEED AND MULCH WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REACHING FINAL GRADES. 9. SILT FENCE SHALL BE INSTALLED ON THE STREAM SIDE OF ANY STOCKPILES. 10. PLANT MATERIALS SHALL BE INSTALLED DURING THE DORMANT SEASON, GENERALLY DECEMBER THROUGH MARCH. CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER INSPECTIONS: 1. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING DAILY RECORDS OF RAINFALL EVENTS IN AN ON -SITE PERMIT BOX. 2.
