If any parts, measurement frequencies or sampling requirements contained in this permit are unacceptable to you, you have the right to an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within thirty (30) days following receipt of this letter. As results deem necessary sludge is wasted from the clarifier to the digester for thickening. Supernatant is pumped from the digester to nearby aeration chambers. When the digester reaches is 80%full with a sludge of reasonable consistency Carver Waste is notified to haul the sludge to Lake Junaluska Sanitary Station.
