Authorizing development in Carteret County at adi. to Town Creek, 101 Cedar St, in
Beaufort, as requested in the permittee's letter dated 1/5/15, including the
attached workplan drawing (1), dated received in MHC on 1/5/15
This permit, issued on January 22- 2015 , is subject to compliance with the application (where consistent
with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below Any violation of these terms may
be subject to fines, imprisonment or civil action, or may cause the permit to be null and void.
1) In accordance with the authorized agent's email dated 1/22/15, the proposal for additional excavation is
hereby removed from this project. Any reference to the proposed additional excavation in the attached
letter and workplan drawing is hereby null and void.
2) Unless specifically altered herein, this minor modification authorizes only the replacement of the
previously authorized transient slips with formalized boatlifts with associated fixed and floating docks.
3) This minor modification does not authorize any additional slips at the previously authorized 85 slip
manna docking facility.

This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing
date
This permit must be accessible on -site to Department
personnel when the project is uispected for compliance
Any maintenance work or project modification not covered
hereunder requires further Division approval.
All work must cease when the permit expires on
March 5, 2015
In issuing this permit, the State of North Carolina agrees
that your project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal
Management Program

4) This minor modification shall be attached to the original Permit No. 114 -10, which was issued on
10115110 as well as the major modification which was issued on 10/28/11, and copies of all documents
shall be readily available on site when Division personnel inspect the project for compliance.
5) All conditions and stipulations of the active permit remain in force under this minor modification unless
specifically altered herein.
