NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In compliance with the provisions of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1, other
lawful standards and regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina
Environmental Management Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as
amended,
Capitol Wholesale Fence Company, Inc.
is hereby authorized to discharge stormwater from a facility located at
Capitol Wholesale Fence Company, Inc.
4709 and 4827 Rozzelles Ferry Road
Charlotte
Mecklenburg County
to receiving waters designated as Unnamed Tributary to Stewart Creek, class C, waters in
the Catawba River Basin in accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring
requirements, and other conditions set forth in General Permit No. NCG050000 which can
be downloaded by entering "deq.nc.gov/SW-industrial'in a browser window and
navigating to the "NPDES Stormwater General Permits' web page.
This Certificate of Coverage shall become effective March 2, 2023.
This Certificate of Coverage shall rem//in effect for the duration of the General Permit.
