We request that you review the waste load allocation limits for a
discharge of 20,000 gallons per day of treated domestic waste
water from the proposed subdivision of the Mallard Head Condominiums.
The area is located west of Stutts Road (S.R. 1112) in Iredell
County as indicated on the attached print from the Lake Norman North,
1970, USGS Map.
We are today making this same request of your Mooresville office in
hope of expediting issuance of waste load allocation limits. We
had initially planned to provide septic tank and nitrification treat-
ment for waste from this project but due to existing topography, we
now believe that a treatment plant may be a more economical and
better solution. Because the beginning of the project is now being
delayed by the sewage system, we request that this project receive the
earliest possible attention.

undersigned.
