We discovered this week that several permits for small Aqua NC facilities were given TN limits during their 2008
renewals (should have 'Monitor & Report' only for TN). This prompted Ron to review all permits for Neuse
dischargers < 0.5 MGD. Besides finding one other facility that got a limit by mistake, he found these three that did
not have the new special condition listing their TN allocations. Permit writers should add the special condition at the
next renewal or mod.
