Dear Mr. Walls,
In accordance with. a letter dated September 17, 1985, we are amending the
Authorization to Construct to use a 90° 17-notch weir and a staff gage on the
No. 3 effluent structure instead of a recording flow meter and to change the
NPDES permit number from NC0061292 to N00061492. This is done in conformity
to prior approval fran the Washington Regional Office.
This Authorization to Construct ant does not alter any other con-
ditions or limitations specified in the original Authorization to Construct.
