Permit was issued with both an ammonia limit and a toxicity test. Applicant called in and chose ammonia limit. Applicant was also informed that the ammonia limit was a monthly average and not a daily maximum. DMR's Actual wasteflow discharge is substantially lower than Permitted; note this on Streamline form. Residual chlorine levels are excessive. Facility well w/in Permitted limits. Instream Data: Supersaturation indicated both up and downstream during summer months. Conductivity very similar up and downstream and throughout the year.
