1978: recommended Secondary Limits w/ 200 / 100 mL fecal coliform for discharge directly to Reeds Creek - no model
1985: discharge point V'd to ut to Reeds Creek; model run and recommended limits were 18 mg/I BOD5, 11 mg/I NH3N, 6 mg/I
dissolved oxygen, 30 mg/I TSS, 200 / 100 mL fecal coliform, and 6 - 9 SU pH.
1990: Staff Report indicated that facility marginally maintained; built for 10,000 gpd but only receiving 3 - 4,000 gpd. Permit was
issued with both an ammonia limit and a toxicity test. Applicant called in and chose ammonia limit. Applicant was also
informed that the ammonia limit was a monthly average and not a daily maximum.
DMR's
Actual wasteflow discharge is substantially lower than Permitted; note this on Streamline form.
Residual chlorine levels are excessive.
Facility well w/in Permitted limits.
Instream Data:
Supersaturation indicated both up and downstream during summer months.
