Dear Ms. Jablonski:
Sandler Utilities at Mill Run, LLC holds permit Nos. WQ0014306 and WQCS00290
allowing for the continued operation of the above referenced wastewater facility and collection
system. The subject treatment system permit is in effect through September 30, 2020 and is
currently under review for renewal. The subject collection system permit is in effect through
May 31, 2021 and is also currently under review for renewal. At this time, the referenced
property is connected to the Eagle Creek sewer collection system with wastewater service
provided via the Eagle Creek wastewater treatment and disposal system.
Although the permits are expired, they remain in effect until the renewal process is
complete. The permit holder is currently working through the renewal process for both the
treatment system permit and the collection system permit. In the interim period, the collection
system and wastewater treatment plant are to abide by and continue to operate under the
conditions of the "old" existing permits.
