Explanation:
TEAM Industries was not in Significant Non -Compliance (SNC) any time during 2021. For the period of
January —June 2022, Team Industries had no violations. For the period ofJuly—December 2022, Team
Industries had no violations.
An inspection of the TEAM facilities was performed on August 3, 2022 by the Town of Andrews
pretreatment coordinator.
Reduced operations at TEAM resumed at the end of July 2020 and no wastewater has been generated at
TEAM since the August 21, 2020 sampling event. TEAM has eliminated most of the processes that
generate wastewater.
No significant amount of wastewater was generated at all throughout the calendar year of 2022. Due to
this, no sampling was performed during the year. TEAM's requested recission of IUP Permit Number
0004 has been approved. The pretreatment program is being suspended until which time additional
industries arrive that indicate significant industrial usage or at which TEAM Industries alters their current
program of production.
