The changes to the project since issuance of the 401 and buffer authorizations are associated with construction of a permanent access road to provide small delivery trucks access to the dechlorination facility abutting the cascade aerator. Specific design drawing sheets on which changes to the design and/or design details are provided in the uploaded PCN App Modifications file. The Aquatic Species Survey Report and a copy of the full set of updated design drawings are attached. The previous email only provides the design drawings sheets on which changes were present.
