Hi Tom and Hannah,
When I sent my request via Laserfiche, and a follow-up email on 2/7/2023 (see attached), requesting
a reissue of permits for the subject project, I did not attach a full set of permit drawings. The file
that I thought was the permit drawings only had one sheet, which was the title sheet.

Therefore, please find attached the current permit drawings for the project.

Also attached is a screen shot snip of the language explaining the utility work from the original
permit application. Hannah and I spoke on the phone about this project’s utility work today and this
screen shot may be helpful. Also, as Tom and I discussed at the bridge project last week, the
Nationwide 57 for utility work is for Section 10 only. There are no stream or wetlands impacts
associated with the utility work.
